Ultratech Cement has informed that in reference to letters dated 28th April, 2023 and in terms of Regulation 39(3) of SEBI LODR Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, the Company has issued letter of confirmation to 11 shareholders, as per list given in Annexure I attached based on information received from the Company's Registrar and Transfer Agent on 19th May, 2023. For the remaining 25 shareholders, the duplicate procedure has been completed and upon completion of further requests, the letter of confirmation will be issued.
