JSW Energy Ltd.

JSW Energy has successfully commissioned Unit VII of 135MW of the 8X135MW power project located at Barmer in Rajasthan and has achieved Commercial Operation Date (COD) from March 16, 2013.

With the above COD, the entire Power Project at Barmer in Rajasthan of 1080 MW is fully completed. The company’s aggregate generation capacity stands at 3,140 MW.

JSW Energy is the holding company for the JSW group’s power business having operational capacity of 2,600 Mega-Watts (MW, consolidated) as of March 31, 2012.
