Mastek has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today, May 30, 2023, has considered and approved the appointment of Hiral Chandrana, as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from May 31, 2023. Further, he shall continue to be the Global Chief Executive Officer of the Mastek Group Subsidiaries. The requisite details of such appointment pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 30 and other relevant provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations read along with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, is enclosed as Annexure A.
