Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Indus Towers has informed that it enclosed copies of the Notice published today June 14, 2023, for the attention of Shareholders of the Company in respect of transfer of Equity Shares of the Company to the Demat Account of IEPFA in accordance with the requirements of Section 124(6) of Companies Act, 2013 read with Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, in the newspapers: Mint in English and Hindustan in Hindi.
