Hindustan Unilever has informed that the Trading Window Closed Period pursuant to the Share Dealing Code of the Company (‘the Code’) shall commence from 15th June, 2023 till 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June, 2023, become generally available information. The Trading Window Closed Period shall be intimated to the Designated Persons in accordance with the abovementioned Code.
