Coforge Ltd.

Coforge has acquired the final tranche shares of balance 20% equity shares in Coforge Business Process Solutions (Erstwhile SLK Global Solutions) (Subsidiary Investee Company), thereby aggregating its shareholding to 80% of the total paid up share capital of Coforge Business Process Solutions.

The aggregate consideration paid by the Company for the acquisition of additional 20% of the total issued and paid up share capital of the Coforge Business Process Solutions is Rs 336.94 crore.
