Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Listing Regulations, HDFC Bank has informed that its Registrar -Datamatics Business Solution received information regarding receipt of requests from shareholders for issuance of duplicate share certificates on June 26, 2023, details whereof are enclosed. In accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, the company will issue the Letter of Confirmation with probable date as July 12, 2023, provided no claim(s) in writing supported by the valid documents are received by the Bank / Registrar till July 11, 2023. The Letter of confirmation shall be dispatched by its Registrars - Datamatics Business Solution and the request shall be processed in accordance with the aforesaid Circular.
