Ksolves India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Ksolves India is scheduled to be held on Saturday, July 15, 2023, to approve and take on record the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and three months ended June 30, 2023; Approve and take on record the Un-Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and three months ended June 30, 2023; Closure of Trading Window Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated its Designated Persons, Key Managerial Persons, Designated Employees, connected persons and Immediate relatives regarding the closure of the Trading Window for trading in the Company's equity shares from July 01, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.
