Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Ltd.

HSBC Global Investments Funds Mauritius has offloaded about 2% stake in Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri (TBZ) for Rs 32 crore through open market transaction. The fund house has sold a total 1.27 million shares representing 1.91% of equity of the company at a price of Rs 250 per share. At the end of December 31, 2012, HSBC Global Investments Funds Mauritius held 6.09% stake in TBZ.

Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri, a well known jewellery retailer in India, is primarily engaged in selling gold and diamond-studded jewellery.
