Styrenix Performance Materials has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by its Designated Persons will remain closed from June 30, 2023, in connection with the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2023. The trading window shall be opened 48 hours after the said results of the Company are declared and disseminated to the Stock Exchanges. The details of the date of Board meeting shall be intimated in due course.
