Further to letter dated 2nd June 2023, Mphasis has informed that the Company has completed acquisition of 100% of the shares in eBECS (a wholly owned subsidiary of DXC UK International Operations) today, pursuant to fulfilment of the closing conditions. The information required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding the acquisition were already submitted to the stock exchanges vide letter dated 2nd June 2023.
