Ceinsys Tech has obtained fresh approval from board of directors for sale of windmill located at Satara along with Land located at Satara where the Windmill is installed as per valuation report obtained from Registered Valuers to Datta Meghe Institute of Higher Education and Research (DMIHER). The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on July 7, 2023 has approved the same.
