With reference to its letter dated June 27, 2023, whereby the company had intimated that a meeting of the Board of Directors has been convened to be held on Friday, 21st July 2023 at Tokyo, Japan, at 10.00 am JST (06.30 am IST), to consider the Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2023. Pursuant to Regulation 30 (6) of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it has informed that the Company proposes to hold a Conference Call with Analysts on 21st July 2023 at 05.30 pm JST (02.00 pm IST).
