Rasoya Proteins allots Bonus shares

Rasoya Proteins has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 23, 2013, has allotted 1139287800 numbers of Equity Shares having Face Value of Re. 1 each as Bonus Shares to such persons in the proportion of two new equity bonus share of Re. 1 each for every one existing fully paid Equity Share of Re. 1 each held by such persons whose name appears in the Register of members as on the Record Date (March 22, 2013).
