Aptus Industries gets nod to foray into media and entertainment business space

Aptus Industries has received an approval to create wholly owned subsidiary of the company by name Aptus Media & Entertainment for the purpose of foraying into media and entertainment business space by setting up TV channels and film production, film distribution, content management, film screens etc. as part of diversification programme and growth plan of the company. The board at its meeting held on March 25, 2013 has approved the same.

Aptus Industries is a public limited company and engaged in handling of agricultural software, construction and infrastructure projects.
