Sun Pharmaceutical Industries has informed that it enclosed copies of newspaper advertisements published on July 13, 2023 regarding the notice for transfer of equity shares and unclaimed dividend to IEPF Account, requesting the concerned shareholders to take appropriate action to claim their dividend, which has not been paid or claimed by them for seven consecutive years or more, failing which their shares and unclaimed dividend will become liable to be transferred to the IEPF Account, in accordance with the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, as amended from time to time.
