Chembond Chemicals has informed that the Preferential Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors at their meeting held on March 25, 2013 have approved allotment of 300,000 Equity Shares to the Promoters & Promoters Group against 300,000 Convertible Warrants held by Promoters & Promoters Group.
