Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, D-Link (India) has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 29th July 2023 to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2023. Further, as per company's code of conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company was closed from 1st July 2023 and will re-open 48 hours after the said financial results are disclosed to the Stock Exchanges.
