In respect of the aforementioned approved items, it has enclosed: Un-Audited Standalone Financial results and Un-Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the first quarter and three months ended June 30, 2023 along with the Limited Review Reports thereon. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in its securities shall remain closed until 48 hours from this announcement. The same is being duly communicated to all the Designated Persons.
