In terms of Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, UltraTech Cement has informed that the Company has on 18th July, 2023, received intimation regarding loss of share certificates. The relevant information is given in Annexure I, attached. The Company is in the process of issuing letter of confirmations in lieu of duplicate share certificates to the shareholders, after completion of required formalities.
