Goodluck India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today, July 19, 2023 which commenced at 12:30 PM and concluded at 1:25 PM, has considered and approved the followings: The standalone and consolidated unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2023. The financial result has been reviewed by the Statutory Auditor. A Copy of the unaudited financial result along with Statutory Auditor's Limited Review Report is enclosed. The closure of trading window will end 48 hours after the results are made public on July 19, 2023.
