Shriram Finance has raised Rs 815 crore through the allotment of 81,500 Senior, secured, rated, unlisted, redeemable, transferable, taxable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on Private placement. The Allotment Committee - NCDs of the company in its meeting held on July 20, 2023, has approved and allotted the same.
