Tata Steel Ltd.

Tata Steel has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2023 (Q1FY24). 

The company has reported 30.15% fall in its net profit at Rs 4270.70 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 6114.17 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 3.75% at Rs 33983.69 crore for Q1FY24 as compared Rs 32756.72 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 93.20% fall in net profit at Rs 524.85 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 as compared to Rs 7714.00 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 4.76% at Rs 60666.48 crore for Q1FY24 as compared Rs 63698.15 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
