Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a leading IT services, consulting and business solutions firm has been ranked as number 1 top employer in Europe for 2013, by the CRF Institute. TCS was chosen as first among the final 20 companies participating at a continental level. In order to reach the continental level, each company was required to have been previously certified as a top employer in at least five individual countries in Europe.

The final group of 20 companies had participated at a national level in 26 European countries with their 129 certified subsidiaries. In national rounds, TCS had been adjudged a top employer for the first time in Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland; while its UK unit secured the certification for a third year in a row.
