Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, Kellton Tech Solutions has informed that the Company has incorporated a Wholly owned Subsidiary (WOS) namely, Kellton L.L.C-FZ in the jurisdiction of Meydan-Free Zone in Dubai, U.A.E on July 28, 2023, with an Authorised Share Capital of AED 1,00,000 of divided into shares of AED 100, (each). The details/disclosures in respect of the said WOS, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with Schedule III thereto and the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, are provided in the enclosed Annexure.
