AIA Engineering Ltd.

AIA Engineering, together with its Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Vega Industries (Middle East) FZC, UAE (VEGA ME) has acquired 100% shares of Vega Industries Peru, a Company incorporated in Peru (VEGA PERU). The Total Share Capital of VEGA PERU is held in the ratio of 1% by the Company and 99% by VEGA ME. 

The cost of acquisition is 3750 Soles (37 Soles by AIA Engineering and 3713 Soles by Vega Industries (Middle East) (Total Equivalent to around $1000).

AIA Engineering, a certified ISO 9001 company, specialises in the design, development, manufacture, installation and servicing of high chromium wear, corrosion and abrasion resistant castings used in the cement, mining and thermal power generation industries.
