Hindusthan National Glass & Industries has informed that L N Mandhana, senior vice president -cum-CFO has been appointed as the company secretary (CS) with effect from September 19, 2011 till the time the position is filled in by the company by appointing a new person in place of Priya Ranjan, CS of the company who has resigned with effect from September 10, 2011.
