Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and subject to the provisions of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014, as amended, Mastek has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the grant of 105,570 Options to the eligible employees of the Company. The date of grant of these ESOPs is August 4, 2023. The exercise price will be the PAR value of the equity shares and the vesting schedule is over a 3-year period. The requisite details pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed as Annexure 1.
