Adani Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani Digital Labs (ADL) has further acquired 70.19% stake of Stark Enterprises (SEPL) on August 04, 2023. After the aforesaid acquisition, SEPL has become wholly owned subsidiary of the company.  The acquisition is of strategic nature and will help Adani Group to enhance its Travel line of Business.
