Adani Enterprises Ltd.

Adani Enterprises has disposed off its 100% stake in Natural Growers (NGPL), a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WoS) of the Company on August 05, 2023 to Samarpratap Agrotech (SAPL).

Consequently, NGPL has ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The transfer of equity shares and compulsory convertible debentures related to the said disposal were approved by the Board of NGPL at its meeting held on August 05, 2023. The consideration received from such sale/disposal is Rs 8.25 crore.
