Adani Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani Defence Systems and Technologies (ADSTL) has incorporated a 100% subsidiary company namely ‘Atharva Advanced Systems and Technologies’ (AASTL) on August 09, 2023.

AASTL is incorporated with the object of developing and manufacturing of various autonomous aerial technology and systems for defence applications. AASTL is a step-down subsidiary of the Company.
