Larsen & Toubro has informed that 78th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on 9th August 2023 at 3.00 pm at Birla Matushri Sabhagar, 19, Marine Lines, Mumbai - 400020. The shareholders also joined the meeting virtually. The company has enclosed the voting results in respect of the business conducted at the AGM, as required under Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Annexure A) along with the Scrutinizer’s Report (Annexure B).
