Pasari Spinning Mills gets nod to close Mysore production unit

Pasari Spinning Mills has received an approval to close the production unit of the company, located at KIADB Industrial Area, Nanjangud, Mysore district. The board at its meeting held on September 29, 2011 has approved for the same.

Further, the company will take the consent of the shareholders by way of postal ballot pursuant to section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 for the same.

Pasari Spinning Mills is engaged in the manufacture and marketing of cotton yarn and trading in silk fabric.
