HCL Technologies (HCLTech) and Pearson VUE have entered into a strategic partnership to set up advanced test centers in India developed for the highly sought after Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic), which is driven in part by immigration requirements elsewhere. 

Through this collaboration, HCLTech will establish several advanced test centers, designed to provide PTE Academic test-takers with a high level of security and a standardized testing environment. The first of these new test centers have been launched in Ambala and Kurukshetra (Haryana), Bathinda and Barnala (Punjab), Anand (Gujarat) and Jammu. Seven additional centers will be opened across India in 2023.
