Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries has informed that it enclosed the details of loss of share certificates/request for issue of duplicate share certificate reported by shareholder of the Company, received from its Registrar and Transfer Agent, Link Intime India on August 17, 2023. The Company will issue letter of confirmation in lieu of original share certificate as required by SEBI vide circular dated January 25, 2022, after completion of required formalities.
