With reference to letter submitted on 26.08.2023 regarding meetings of Equity Shareholders, Secured Creditors and Unsecured Creditors (whose debt value is more than Rs 1 Crore as on 15.07.2022) of the company, to be held on Friday, 29th September, 2023, and pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble Ministry of Corporate Affairs dated 23rd February, 2023, NHPC has informed that it has enclosed the copies of Notice of aforesaid meetings published by way of newspaper advertisement on Monday, 28th August, 2023 in newspapers, Business Standard (English-all editions and Hindi-Delhi NCR edition) and Vaartha (Telugu- Hyderabad Edition).
