Reliance Industries has informed that the 46th Annual General Meeting (Post – IPO) of the Company was held on August 28, 2023 through Video Conferencing and Other Audio Visual Mode (OAVM). The Meeting commenced at 2:00 p.m. (IST) and concluded at 4:56 p.m. The Meeting was held through VC / OAVM in compliance with the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India. The Company had also provided live webcast of the proceedings of the Meeting.
