Max Healthcare Institute has informed that the Company has filed a writ petition yesterday September 1, 2023 at 11.45 am, before the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh (‘Hon’ble Court’) against State of Punjab and Others, praying for quashing of show cause notice issued by Greater Mohali Area Development Authority for resumption of a plot of land measuring 5 Acres in Medicity in New Chandigarh and demanding Rs 41,50,48,000 towards balance instalment for plot of land, interest and penalty.
