In reference to Regulation 30(11) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’) regarding a news item published in The Economic Times (newspaper/ media) on September 5, 2023, with the heading ‘Bain Dials Dr Reddy’s Laboratories to team up for joint Cipla Bid’. The said news item is about 'Private equity firm Bain Capital has approached Indian pharmaceutical company Dr Reddy's Laboratories (DRL) to explore a joint bid for the promoters of Cipla’. In this regard, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories has informed that the Company does not comment on market speculations and there is currently no such event or information which requires a disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
