Asahi India Glass gets rating reaffirmation from CARE for bank facilities

Credit rating agency CARE has reaffirmed BBB- rating to Rs 934.99 crore to long term bank facilities of Asahi India Glass. The rating agency has also reaffirmed A3 rating ato Rs Rs 315.92 crore short term bank facilities of the company.

The ratings continue to derive strength from the established track record of operations of the company, experience and demonstrated support of the promoters, established market position of AIS in both the auto and float glass segment and sustained relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the auto-glass segment.

Asahi India Glass manufactures a spectrum of international quality automotive safety glass, float glass, architectural processed glass and glass products.
