Infosys fixes book closure for payment of Final Dividend & AGM
Date: 12-04-2013Infosys has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 01, 2013 to June 15, 2013 for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on June 15, 2013.
The date of payment of final dividend is June 17, 2013, if approved by shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
