Trent’s subsidiary -- Booker India (BIL) has acquired approximately 4.95% of the equity share capital of its subsidiary, Fiora Online (FOL) from a shareholder. Purchase of shares in ordinary course of business. Post this acquisition, shareholding of BIL has increased to 95.05% of equity share capital of FOL. The acquisition of FOL equity shares by BIL is for cash consideration of Rs 4.10 crore. 

Trent is engaged in the retail sale of readymade garments.
