Vivanta Industries enters into MoU with VDRCTL

Vivanta Industries (VIL) has entered into In-principle Memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Vivanta Drone Research Centre Tanzania (VDRCTL) for Research & development of Drones; Training & development of Drones; and Setting up the assembly line. Whereby Vivanta Industries will acquire 50% stake in Vivanta Drone Research Centre Tanzania. 

Vivanta Industries engages in the business of Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Activities.
