In continuation to its letter dated 8th September, 2023, Adani Enterprises has informed that Adani Global, Singapore, a step down wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises (the Company) has incorporated a Joint Venture Company namely ‘Kowa Green Fuel’ on 13th September, 2023 (10:49:00 IST) with Kowa Holdings Asia, Singapore (‘KOWA’) for the sales and marketing of green ammonia, green hydrogen and its derivatives in the territories of Japan, Taiwan and Hawaii. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 are enclosed.
