Bajaj Finance Ltd.

Bajaj Finance has raised Rs 500 crore through allotment of 50,000 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD), at the face value of Rs 1 lakh each. The Debenture Allotment Committee of the Company at its meeting held on September 20, 2023, allotted the same.
