Date: 22-09-2023JSW Steel’s step-down subsidiary -- Periama Holding LLC’s step-down subsidiary -- Caretta Minerals LLC has entered into an agreement to sell its plant and equipment for a consideration of $24 million to West Virginia Properties. The deal also includes the sale of property of Caretta Minerals LLC and mineral rights to West Virginia Properties.
JSW Steel is one of the largest steel manufacturing companies in India having units in Karnataka and Maharashtra producing crude steel, long steel and flat steel products.
