With reference to earlier letter dated March 02, 2023, Happiest Minds Technologies has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, has considered and approved the allotment of 3,500 rated, listed, negotiable, unsecured, redeemable nonconvertible debentures aggregating to Rs 35,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Thirty-Five Crores Only) (Debentures) for raising funds to be utilized towards the general corporate purposes of the Company.
