Date: 16-04-2013R Systems International has received an approval for the proposal to increase the ceiling for Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) holding in the company up to 40%. The board at its meeting held on April 15, 2013 has approved for the same.
The above is however subject to necessary approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company and also from the Reserve Bank of India.
