Cipla has divested 51% stake held in Saba Investment, UAE (Saba) for consideration of $6 million. Cipla, Saba Investment, UAE and Shibham Group Holding, UAE have executed Share Purchase agreement on September 28, 2023. Accordingly, Saba and its subsidiaries viz Cipla Middle East Pharmaceuticals FZ LLC, UAE and Cipla Medica Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industries, Yemen, have now ceased to be subsidiaries of the Company with effective from September 29, 2023.
