Maan Aluminum changes statutory auditors of the company

Maan Aluminium has informed that the members at the 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held on September 30, 2011, have appointed Khandelwal & Khandelwal Associates as statutory auditors of the company to hold office till the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting in place of retiring auditors Satish Aggarwal & Associates on such remuneration as may determined by the board of directors of the company.
